Napapijri store design by Veronika Demovicova

This project represents abstract (of mostly visuals) from my work in Interior design project for school (FA STU) studio assignment completed in winter 2013. It is hence mock-design and not commisioned project for true Napapijri brand. The brand was chosen for its distinct scandinavian feel (it is italian brand though originally) and renown upper class quality.

I build my design around two concepts, one regarding the spatial distribution and its openess both in regard to its self and the place the store is located, and second around its central feature, iceberg. The spatial openess allows free flow of interested by-goes into store, instead of being barred behind walls with manequins. The iceberg serves as focal point of the interior, while also having practical purpose of being shelf for clothes and material.

I chose three natural materials that blend well together, most promiment being wood from dannish brand Dinesen intending to lend the store minimal but exclusive feel.
