Penthouse features a frameless glass overhead that brings abundant light indoors. The drum has a marble plaster lining and it opens into the living space.
The duplex contains a study with its own shower so that it could become a second bedroom and the two floors are connected via a helical stair inside the top-lit drum that gives access to the master bedroom which is equipped with a dressing, a spa-like bathroom that has a timber bath and wet room shower.
The lower floor also contains a second children’s bedroom and a utility room and the fire engineered Means of Escape led to a larger open plan living area that would be just as safe. The project won the Best apartment Award at the 2013 London Evening Standard New Homes.
